A few days ago, State Intellectual Property Bureau issued the list of advanced enterprises of national level with intellectual property. Xingtai Steel is selected to be the first batch of advanced enterprises depending on its own performance in intellectual property field. It is the only one enterprise with this honour in Xingtai city who marks a new step of Xingtai Steel about intellectual property works.
Xingtai Steel is the biggest enterprise specialized in special steel wire rod production and biggest production base for industrial wire rod in China. It is the fourth batch of test units for national intellectual property. In recent years, Xingtai Steel regarded intellectual property protection as their important works. They put forward special strategy of intellectual property and set out detailed work content. Meanwhile, they also speeded up the digest and innovation for advanced technology introduced outside to promote proper technical advance with their own intellectual property. Up to now, Xingtai Steel received 95 pieces of valid patent, including 12 pieces for invention, 1 piece for computer software copyright and more than 200 technical secrets. In October 2011, Xingtai Steel was rated as the most competitive and developable enterprise specialized in special steel wire rod production in our country by SPECIAL STEEL ENTERPRIES ASSOCIATION OF CHINA. They could produce 190 different quality with 1114 grade products including CHQ, Tire cord , bearing steel, Spring steel, pure iron, prestressed wire and steel strand, welding steel, free-cutting steel, hand tools steel, mesh steel, gear steel, chain steel, hard wire rod, engineering steel, PC bar steel and stainless steel and other consisting of 18 series in total.
